How does the money-back guarantee work?

We're confident in our training quality. If you complete the full course, take all 3 online mock tests, and still don't pass your GARP SCR exam, we'll refund your course fee. Can I access the course offline or download the video lessons?

At the moment, it is not possible to download the video lessons or access the materials offline. All video lessons, assessments, and resources are available through the online platform and require an internet connection to access.

Is tutor support included?

Yes, all enrolled students can ask questions about the course material using the "Ask a question" button within the platform. We operate a fair usage policy to ensure all students receive support. We aim to respond to questions within 48 hours, though during busy periods this may take longer.
